Summary Latitude vs Wind Speed

As it shows on the picture, there is no relation between the Latitude and the wind speed. There are few outliers at the north side of the hemisphere which could be connected with the current seasons changing from witner to spring and usually strong winds in the north are recorded in this time of the year.
